Ross Main
Ross is certainly no stranger to the stage, having begun in 1978 as a member of The Gang Show in the Whitehall Theatre, Dundee. He has undertaken several roles with the society – some more demanding than others. As the Noble Lord Pish-Tush in The Mikado he was responsible for conveying important elements of the story, and as Scynthius, the intellectually-challenged brother of Princess Ida, he donned a real suit of armour. Ross has also played various small parts in some of the shows that Alan Borthwick presents in the Church Hill Theatre, most recently, Lucas in The Student Prince. In 2002, Ross and Fiona moved to a house in the country where they have a large garden which occupies much of their spare time. Ross works as a Software Manager with Strand Lighting, and as such, sometimes gets involved in the lighting of small shows and concerts. He loves sailing, jazz, gardens, photography, wildlife and his two cats, Fred and Ginger. Performing Credits:
